    What will you do?

    • Lead and govern the execution of the company’s core program from definition, through development, to production.
    • Overall accountability and responsibility for program delivery: scope, time, cost, quality, change, risk, dependencies, and development.
    • Manage the core product Version release cycle: planning checklist, release checklist, sprint planning, TFS control, KPI measurement
    • Assist with the definition and execution of Product-R&D processes and best practices.

    What do you need?

    • BSc in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
    • At least 5 years’ experience managing complex programs.
    • Experience working in an Agile/Lean/Scrum environment.
    • Strong matrix leadership skills
    • Agile mindset and “Can Do” approach.
    • Feel comfortable working in a fast-paced, time sensitive environment.
    • Proficient oral and written English communication skills.
    • Clinical background – an advantage.

Our mission is to help clinicians all around the world to save lives… and we invite you to join us and be a part of this exciting journey! We are looking for a talented, independent and motivated Operations Administrator, a vital role for the smooth running of the department, to support the day-to-day operation of the Customer Support department.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Answering customers calls and responding to customer’s requests and inquiries
    • Contact customers for follow up and to ensure service requirements are met
    • Create, updater and monitor Support Cases in the CRM system 
    • Provide Customers credentials to the Support Web Portal
    • Produce reports from the CRM system
    • Maintaining the department’s files and documents 
    • Drafting and mailing customer correspondence and newsletters
    • Providing administrative support to management and Support staff


    Requirements:

    • 2+ years of experience as an Administrator or in a similar position
    • Ability to learn and utilize internal systems
    • Excellent communication skills
    •  English - Excellent level, both written and verbal
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
    • Strong organizational and administrative skills
    • Detail-oriented and ability to multitask
    • Advantage: Additional language (German or French)

    • Work with Product team to clearly define use cases, user scenarios and workflows.
    • Create and deliver detailed functional and technical specifications outlined as user stories, flow diagrams and mock-ups.
    • Closely collaborate with R&D SCRUM teams throughout the development process to ensure that requirements are understood and developed as intended.
    • Document and internally communicate new features.

    What do you need?

    • BSc in Data Science, Information Systems or equivalent.
    • At least 5 years of hands-on design analysis experience.
    • Proven experience managing a team.
    • Experience with SQL databases required.
    • Experience working in an Agile/Lean/Scrum environment.

    iMDsoft, a global leader in clinical information systems, is looking for a Customer Support Specialist who is customer focused and technically skilled.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide rapid response and resolution to complex customer incidents
    • Reproduce and provide substantive updates to customers regarding reported issues/defects
    • Contribute to the support knowledgebase
    • Demonstrate initiative, agility and follow through on areas of responsibility

    Requirements:

    • 2+ years of experience in software technical support or a similar position
    • Problem solving abilities - thinks outside the box with a ‘can do’ attitude
    • Proven ability to troubleshoot system and applications flows and provide solutions
    • High level of written and verbal communication skills in English
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Knowledge of support processes and procedures

    Advantage:

    • German or French speaking – strong advantage
    • Experience of healthcare IT
    • Experience with Microsoft technology (WIN Server 2008/2012, WMI, Power Shell, Registry, Active Directory, Domain Controller, DNS)
    • Knowledge of SQL Server 2012 and above (installation, configuration, backup and restore, SQL scripting).
    • Experience with virtualization technologies (both System and Application solutions)
    • Experience with WinOS
    • Experience with SQL and an understanding of relational database systems
    • Experience with CRM tools (MS Dynamics, Salesforce, Jira, etc.)
