The MetaVision® Suite meets the requirement for enhanced patient data security by advanced access and authentication management. This includes the ability to completely control who may access patient records, and to control the nature of that access.
The MetaVision Suite also mitigates security hazards by using encrypted, fully traceable transactions. It of course requires users to enter a personal username and password to log on to the system. It also ensures detailed records of "who did what and when", since every change to records in the system logs has a username and time stamp attached, thereby ensuring a complete and comprehensive audit trail. In addition, the MetaVision Suite includes pre-set, customizable log-outs.
