Technical Specialist - Customer Support – EMEA
iMDsoft in north Tel Aviv, Israel, seeks a Technical Specialist to join the Customer Support team to provide support and service to Customer Support for information systems implemented in intensive care units and operating rooms. Requires participation in 24/7 support rotation and occasional travel to Europe. This is a full-time position.
Job Description
- Technical implementation at client sites (typically hospitals) located in Israel and Europe, including installation, training, and on-site testing and support
- Technical support as part of the Customer Support team, using remote tools
- Software installation and configuration of interface with other hospital information systems
Requirements
- French at mother tongue level
- High level of spoken and written English
Thorough knowledge of networking and OS - MCSE/ MCP certification or relevant university degree
- SQL server knowledge - an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; service awareness
- Ability to work under pressure
- Relevant experience in technical customer service (> 1 year)

Clinical Application Specialist – EMEA
iMDsoft in north Tel Aviv, Israel, seeks a Clinical Application Specialist - EMEA for software implementation in Intensive Care Units, and in operating rooms in hospitals worldwide. The position involves directing the clinical aspects of implementation projects, including overseeing customer relations, providing application solutions, and playing a dynamic role in the coordination of the implementation project. In addition, the position involves conducting clinical workflow analysis, and leading the software customization alongside with the hospital team.
This is a full-time position and requires frequent travel.

Job Description
- Answering incoming Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and tenders from hospitals in Israel, Europe, the U.S. and the Far East, seeking to purchase clinical information systems in their ICU and anesthesia departments
- An entry level position writing marketing-oriented responses to varying queries and requests by potential customers. Producing documentation to support the tender process
Required Qualifications
- English mother tongue; additional languages an advantage
- Impeccable English writing skills
- Experience in copyediting or marketing writing an advantage
- Familiarity with computer applications, such as Microsoft Office, and with using the internet
- Relevant academic degree – an advantage

iMDsoft seeks an information System Analyst for its Tel Aviv North office
Position Description:
- Design and develop requirements for clinical software applications for the acute care (inpatient) environment
- Analyze clinician needs, client requests, regulatory requirements, patient safety hazards, and existing software solutions
Requirements:
- At least 3 years experience designing software applications
- Experience designing healthcare applications strongly preferred
- Formal IT training preferred
- Ability to present well-organized ideas in a written format
- Mother-tongue level English in reading and writing

Requirements
