iMDsoft® has implemented its systems in hundreds of hospitals worldwide. Implementation projects are scoped together with the customer and a clearly defined schedule is created, combining years of implementation experience with the specific needs of the hospital. This ensures the timely completion of all projects.
iMDsoft assigns an experienced project manager to each implementation project. The project manager’s role is to ensure that the project meets all of the implementation objectives, remains on schedule and results in a successful go-live. For the duration of the implementation process, the project manager serves as the single point of contact for the customer.
iMDsoft has an elite team of professionals who handle the implementation, assisting users from the very start of the process until go-live. In addition to a project manager, every customer is assigned clinical specialists familiar with hospital environments in the country or region, who typically speak the local language. Specialists work with their professional counterparts to ensure an effective implementation. During the implementation project, key users from the hospital staff undergo extensive on-site training by iMDsoft professionals. These key users, with the support of iMDsoft, then train the rest of the hospital staff to use the MetaVision® system. iMDsoft experts assist in customizing MetaVision to accurately reflect unit terminology and workflow.
Technical application specialists are on hand to ensure a smooth installation process. They also provide technical training to the relevant site personnel and will troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise. Before going live, the iMDsoft team works with members of the hospital staff to thoroughly test the new system.
iMDsoft assigns integration specialists to each project to ensure that MetaVision interfaces seamlessly with the hospital’s existing medical devices and information system. Integration specialists work closely with the hospital’s IT staff, 3rd party medical device manufacturers and information systems providers to develop the required integration solution.

After the system goes live, iMDsoft provides 24/7 support, handling any clinical or technical issue that may arise.
