Executive team

As CEO of iMDsoft, David drives the company’s strategic vision and oversees its execution. Prior to joining iMDsoft, David held a number of key positions over 17 years at Cerner, including Managing Director of the UK and Ireland and Senior Vice President of their worldwide professional services organization. He holds a bachelor’s degree in biophysics from the University of California at Berkeley and master’s degrees in business administration and health administration from the University of Missouri-Columbia. David is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

A seasoned entrepreneur in the health care industry, Ms. Gotlib founded iMDsoft in 1996 and assumed various leadership roles including Chief Operating Officer. Since 2004, she led the company as its Chief Executive Officer through its successful acquisition by TPG Growth in June 2012. Before iMDsoft, Ms. Gotlib was CEO of IFIS, an Israeli based investment company, and also led P.S Gluck, an international diamond trading firm, as CEO.

Eran is responsible for directing iMDsoft’s technology strategy and brings both technical expertise and business experience to this role. He has led development of the MetaVision^® Suite since the first release, and has architected many of its key components. His background includes software engineering, and his academic credentials include a B.A. in accountancy and information systems, a M.Sc. in computer science from Clark University, and an M.B.A from Heriot-Watt University.

As Chief Financial Officer, Craig is responsible for financial strategic direction, reporting, budgeting, accounting policy and procedures and internal controls. Craig has over 25 years of technology experience, and has held various senior level financial positions at companies such as Electronic Data Systems (now owned by Hewlett Packard), Alltel Information Services and McKesson Technology Services. He started his career at Arthur Andersen, where he was a manager in the Audit Division. Craig is a graduate of the University of Michigan, with a BBA degree in accounting.

As Senior Vice President, Alan is responsible for our EMEA business. Alan has 30 years’ experience in global healthcare, primarily in the UK, Continental Europe and the Nordic region. Originally a clinician, Alan held a variety of senior hospital management positions. Prior to joining iMDsoft, Alan was Vice President and Managing Director for Cerner Corporation in Europe. He holds an Executive MBA from Ashridge Management College, affiliated with City University, London.

Alon initiated and led cross-company initiatives at iMDsoft resulting in establishing the Company’s quality management system, developing implementation methodologies, and building human resources, marketing, and support departments. Prior to becoming Senior Vice President - Corporate & Quality, he was Vice President of Operations and Director of Implementation. Before joining iMDsoft, Alon was in charge of clinical trials and customer training at VisionCare Inc. Alon received his M.D. from Tel Aviv University Sackler School of Medicine, and his M.H.A. from Tel Aviv University Leon Recanati Graduate School of Business Administration.

Shahar heads iMDsoft's Professional Services departments in EMEA and Australia. In this capacity, he is in charge of implementation and support of iMDsoft products, and is jointly responsible for establishing iMDsoft's product vision and roadmap. Prior to his current role, Shahar, who joined iMDsoft in 2000, was Senior Vice President, Research & Development, where he provided strategic technical leadership for the company. Shahar has significant leadership experience and has accumulated successes in building strong teams, rolling out enterprise-scale solutions, and liaising with iMDsoft's customers’ executive levels. He earned his degree in computer science from Queens College, City University of New York, and his M.B.A. from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Recanati Executive program.

As Vice President of Sales Operations, Sagit oversees the company’s global sales operations activities, with a focus on cross company collaboration. She is in charge of initiating and implementing programs for sales process improvement. Sagit has been with the company since 1999, joining as a Clinical Application Specialist, and was promoted to Team Leader, Director of Pre-Sales and then to Vice President. Sagit has a B.Sc. in life sciences from Hebrew University.

As Vice President of Sales for North America, Kathy is responsible for
direct sales initiatives for iMDsoft, and works closely with the leadership team to drive the company’s growth and expansion in North America.With more than sixteen years of strategic sales experience, Kathy is a seasoned expert in driving new business, managing multi-state teams of sales executives and has been instrumental in executing corporate strategic direction in the healthcare industry. Prior to joining iMDsoft, Kathy held positions at Aceso, Cerner Corporation, Sisters of Mercy Health, and Emory Healthcare, all in Healthcare Information Technology leadership roles.
 

Moshe leads the Business Development and Marketing teams at iMDsoft. He is responsible for technology and distribution partnerships, product strategy & management and our marketing activities. Before joining iMDsoft, Moshe held senior roles at technology and healthcare focused investment banking firms, such as Alex. Brown, Deutsche Bank and Jefferies Broadview. Moshe received his B.A. in Economics and Computer Science from Princeton University with High Honors.

As Vice President of Professional and Managed Services, Terry is responsible for our Implementation and Support organizations in the US and Canada, and for expanding our managed service offerings throughout the world. Prior to joining iMDsoft, Terry served in various executive leadership positions at McKesson, The Reed Group, Centerstone Technologies, Access Health and Clinicom. He brings 20 years of healthcare technology, services, support and operational experience to iMDsoft. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wyoming.

Ronen handles application lifecycle management for MetaVision, in which capacity he directs all stages of the software process from requirements analysis through development and testing. Prior to becoming Vice President of Research & Development, Ronen was iMDsoft’s chief software architect, and in this role he was responsible for the overall design of the system, both functional and technical. He has a degree in Practical Computer Engineering from Ben-Gurion University.

Nir sets and directs iMDsoft’s financial policies and manages financial relationships with clients, partners, and government institutions. Prior to joining the Company, he served as Controller for Pamot, a venture capital company focused on high-tech and life sciences start-ups. Nir is a certified public accountant and holds a B.A. in business administration from Israeli College of Management and an L.L.M. from Bar-Ilan University in Israel.

Steve directs all sales efforts, sales team development, and product introductions in the US. He brings clinical expertise, technology strategy consulting experience, and a proven track record managing and building successful healthcare industry sales teams to his role at iMDsoft. Steve has held senior sales and account management positions at GE Marquette, Spacelabs Medical, Source Atlantic, and Masimo. He began his healthcare career as a critical care nurse at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston.

Menashe is responsible for a variety of technical projects and cross-company processes. His experience includes managing development of new products and successfully bringing these products to market. Prior to joining iMDsoft in 1997, Menashe served in senior technical management roles at companies including Tektronics and Eastronics, and served as CEO of Insoft. He holds a M.Sc. in applied physics with specialty in electronics from the Université Pierre et Marie Curie (Paris VI).

Daniel is responsible for iMDsoft sales efforts primarily in UK, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Israel, and South Africa, and maintains Company relationships with key customers and thought leaders throughout Europe and the Middle East. At iMDsoft, Daniel has helped the Company to successfully penetrate several European markets and has spearheaded our collaboration with leading academic centers. Prior to iMDsoft, Daniel served as international sales manager for Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. Daniel gained his critical care medical experience in the Israel Defense Forces and as a medic in the national ambulance service.

Clinton directs all sales efforts, business development, and professional services delivery in AUS/NZ. He brings business management, strategic selling and business development expertise and a proven track record managing and building successful healthcare IT organisations to his role at iMDsoft. Clinton has held senior sales and product marketing positions at GE Medical and diagnostic ultrasound vendor Acuson. He began his healthcare career as a field service engineer with Acuson.

Issa leads the Professional Services team for North America. He has extensive experience directing and implementing large scale global deployments, as well as building and managing professional service teams. Issa’s background includes product management, account development, management of multi-million dollar Professional Services and Client Support organizations, and client relations. Issa has a B.S. in computer science and an M.B.A. from Boston College.
