Phyllis is a seasoned entrepreneur in the health care industry. She has served as CEO of iMDsoft^® since January of 2004. Prior to that, she was Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Implementation and has been instrumental in the rapid growth of iMDsoft, and in establishing a culture of excellence and innovation that has maintained the company’s 100 percent implementation success and customer retention rate. To expand iMDsoft’s global reach, she has formed several strategic partnership agreements with leading global corporations, including Fukuda Denshi Co. Before founding iMDsoft, Phyllis served as CEO of Ifis Investments Ltd. and CEO of PS Gluck Ltd. Ms. Gotlib completed her business administration studies at the Tel Aviv Management Academy.

Eran is responsible for directing iMDsoft’s technology strategy and brings both technical expertise and business experience to this role. He has led development of the MetaVision^® Suite since the first release, and has architected many of its key components. His background includes software engineering, and his academic credentials include a B.A. in accountancy and information systems, a M.Sc. in computer science from Clark University, and an M.B.A from Heriot-Watt University.

Alon initiated and led cross-company initiatives at iMDsoft resulting in establishing the Company’s quality management system, developing implementation methodologies, and building human resources, marketing, and support departments. Prior to becoming Senior Vice President - Corporate & Quality, he was Vice President of Operations and Director of Implementation. Before joining iMDsoft, Alon was in charge of clinical trials and customer training at VisionCare Inc. Alon received his M.D. from Tel Aviv University Sackler School of Medicine, and his M.H.A. from Tel Aviv University Leon Recanati Graduate School of Business Administration.

Menashe is responsible for a variety of technical projects and cross-company processes. His experience includes managing development of new products and successfully bringing these products to market. Prior to joining iMDsoft in 1997, Menashe served in senior technical management roles at companies including Tektronics and Eastronics, and served as CEO of Insoft. He holds a M.Sc. in applied physics with specialty in electronics from the Université Pierre et Marie Curie (Paris VI).

Steve directs all sales efforts, sales team development, and product introductions in the US. He brings clinical expertise, technology strategy consulting experience, and a proven track record managing and building successful healthcare industry sales teams to his role at iMDsoft. Steve has held senior sales and account management positions at GE Marquette, Spacelabs Medical, Source Atlantic, and Masimo. He began his healthcare career as a critical care nurse at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston.

Shahar provides strategic technical leadership for the company and is responsible for establishing iMDsoft’s product vision and roadmap. Prior to becoming Senior Vice President, Customer Solutions, Shahar, who joined iMDsoft in 2000, was Vice President of Research & Development, in which capacity he oversaw all stages of software development from requirements analysis through development and testing. Shahar has significant leadership experience and has accumulated successes in building strong engineering teams and rolling out enterprise-scale solutions. He earned his B.Sc. in computer science from Queens College, City University of New York, and is gaining his MBA at Northwestern University’s Kellogg Recanati Executive MBA program.

Moshe leads the Business Development and Marketing teams at iMDsoft. He is responsible for new market development, potential partnerships and our online and print marketing activities. Before joining iMDsoft, Moshe held senior roles at technology and healthcare focused investment banking firms, such as Alex. Brown, Deutsche Bank and Jefferies Broadview. Moshe received his B.A. in Economics and Computer Science from Princeton University with High Honors.

Sagit directs production of sales support materials and system demonstrations, and oversees iMDsoft’s pilot programs. She has been with the Company for nine years: she started as a Clinical Application Specialist and then served as team leader and director of pre-sale before being promoted to vice president. In her role, she combines deep knowledge of iMDsoft clinical products and analysis of customer workflows to optimize clinical effectiveness of system implementations. Sagit has a M.Sc. in life sciences from Hebrew University.

Nir sets and directs iMDsoft’s financial policies and manages financial relationships with clients, partners, and government institutions. Prior to joining the Company, he served as Controller for Pamot, a venture capital company focused on high-tech and life sciences start-ups. Nir is a certified public accountant and holds a B.A. in business administration from Israeli College of Management and an L.L.M. from Bar-Ilan University in Israel.

Ethan brings extensive clinical information system design experience to iMDsoft. He has taken products for acute and ambulatory care environments from concept through introduction. Prior to joining iMDsoft, he was a Physician Executive at Cerner Corporation, where he led development projects that improved physician-technology interfaces. His background includes practice experience with multiple clinical information systems. Ethan received a B.A. from Harvard University and his M.D. from New York University School of Medicine.

Peter is responsible for our sales effort and for managing our sales team in Europe, the Middle East and Australia. He joined iMDsoft in 2002 as a regional sales manager in the Netherlands and was instrumental in establishing iMDsoft as a dominant player in critical care IT in the Dutch market. Peter is a registered anesthesia nurse and holds an MBA from Business School Nederland.

Daniel is responsible for iMDsoft sales efforts primarily in UK, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Israel, and South Africa, and maintains Company relationships with key customers and thought leaders throughout Europe and the Middle East. At iMDsoft, Daniel has helped the Company to successfully penetrate several European markets and has spearheaded our collaboration with leading academic centers. Prior to iMDsoft, Daniel served as international sales manager for Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. Daniel gained his critical care medical experience in the Israel Defense Forces and as a medic in the national ambulance service.

Debbie leads the Professional Services team for Europe, the Middle East and Asia. She brings to this role 11 years of sales and marketing experience with Eli Lilly and Company. In both the US and Israeli markets, Debbie led several teams to launch new products and surpass sales goals consistently. Debbie received her B.A. from Harvard College and her M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Ronen handles application lifecycle management for MetaVision, in which capacity he directs all stages of the software process from requirements analysis through development and testing. Prior to becoming Director of Research & Development, Ronen was iMDsoft’s chief software architect, and in this role he was responsible for the overall design of the system, both functional and technical. He has a degree in Practical Computer Engineering from Ben-Gurion University.

Ophir leads the product management activities at iMDsoft. He is responsible for product strategy, product lifecycle management and product marketing. Before joining iMDsoft, Ophir held senior marketing & product management roles at McKesson and Medcon. Ophir received his B.A. in Economics and Computer Science from Tel-Aviv University with Honors and has completed his M.B.A. at INSEAD.

Ido has a lengthy track record of successfully leading technology companies in the healthcare field. He co-founded iMDsoft with Phyllis Gotlib in 1996 and grew the company into a market leader with a large multi-national installed base in the U.S., Europe, and East Asia. He is currently Chairman and CEO of American Well Corporation and oversees the company's corporate strategy. Ido has also served as CEO of CareKey Inc. and took the company through its acquisition by the TriZetto group in 2005, then served as TriZetto's Chief Business Strategy Officer until 2006. He received his M.D. from Tel Aviv University Sackler School of Medicine.
