The MetaVision Suite by iMDsoft receives ONC-ATCB 2011/2012 certification
iMDsoft’s MetaVision Suite was certified as an EHR Module by the Certification Commission for Health Information Technology (CCHIT®), an ONC-ATCB, in accordance with the applicable HOSPITAL certification criteria adopted by the Secretary of Health and Human Services. The 2011/2012 criteria support the Stage 1 meaningful use measures required to qualify eligible providers and hospitals for funding under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA). Additionally, MetaVision’s advanced capabilities, such as its decision support tools, enable compliance with the Meaningful Use measures related to its certified criteria. With extensive experience in complex integration, iMDsoft can provide the infrastructure needed to qualify for reimbursements.

iMDsoft demonstrates seamless integration at HIMSS12 Interoperability Showcase
MV-OR, the MetaVision Anesthesia Information Management System, will exhibit its leading capabilities in a live, connected environment during the HIMSS12 Interoperability ShowcaseTM held in collaboration with Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise (IHE). The Interoperability Showcase offers Community of Care tours which enable healthcare providers challenged by barriers to health information exchange to connect with health IT software vendors, to view their products and discuss interoperability questions. iMDsoft will show how MetaVision’s seamless integration with a wide range of technologies can help healthcare providers maximize their existing and future IT investments.

iMDsoft reports strong growth in 2011
iMDsoft grew substantially during the last year. Over the past twelve months, the company has entered new territories,with first-time installations in Turkey, Sweden, and Austria. A growing number of leading health networks recently selected MetaVision for multiple hospitals, and many satisfied iMDsoft customers decided to extend their choice of MetaVision to additional hospitals. In total, iMDsoft was involved in over 45 critical care and anesthesia projects, and MetaVision went live in fifteen countries and ten languages.

Metropolitan Medical now offering MetaVision in the Southeast US
Jeff Rhinehart, CEO of Metropolitan Medical Services, is enthusiastic. “Anesthesia and the perioperative environment are the most technically challenging areas for EMR. MetaVision chosen for Centegra Health System, Illinois
Centegra Health System in Illinois has chosen to implement MetaVision in a total of 113 beds, in its ICUs and across all monitored beds. Centegra Health System, a leading regional health network, is comprised of Centegra Hospital-Woodstock and Centegra Hospital-McHenry, and is the community’s largest employer. MetaVision will complement the hospital-wide EMR solution provided by GE that Centegra is already using.

iMDsoft helps OLVG hospital provide groundbreaking tele-intensive care for the first time in Europe
While full-time, dedicated intensivist care in the ICU has been proven to improve outcomes and save lives, small hospitals are often unable to provide these vital services. Using MetaVision, Onze Lieve Vrouwe Gasthuis (OLVG) hospital in Amsterdam now provides 24/7 tele-intensivist monitoring for intensive care patients at MC Zuiderzee in Lelystad. OLVG intends to offer tele-intensivist services to additional regional hospitals in the near future.
Event Manager users achieve significant improvements in care and efficiency

Medworxx, a leading provider of software for patient flow, compliance, and education, will now offer iMDsoft’s MetaVision suite of clinical information systems in Canada. iMDsoft will introduce Medworxx’ offerings to its customers and distributors worldwide.
Albemarle Hospital in North Carolina chooses MetaVision
Albemarle Hospital, a 182-bed hospital serving northeastern North Carolina, has chosen iMDsoft’s solutions for their perioperative environment. The MetaVision Anesthesia Information Management System will be implemented in 12 anesthetic locations. myMV, a web-based communications platform for the perioperative environment, will be used to collect pre-operative data from the surgeon’s office via the system’s internet-based forms. A major factor in Albemarle's selection of MetaVision is its ability to collect and report on anesthesia quality, and to ensure compliance with quality initiatives.
iMDsoft Accelerates Expansion in 2010
During 2010, iMDsoft added 45 new sites to its growing customer base, in 11 countries and 7 languages. More and more hospitals, health networks and governments have found that MetaVision is uniquely suited for their needs. Recent multi-site agreements include state-wide installations of MetaVision in Canada and Australia, as well as network-wide installations in Germany, France, Austria, Israel, and Sweden. This year, iMDsoft expanded its distribution network through new partnerships with Mindray, China's largest medical device manufacturer, Anesthesia Business Consultants (ABC) in the US, and iSOFT Deutschland, among others.
iMDsoft and Mindray sign multinational distribution agreement
Mindray, China's largest medical device manufacturer, with a 40% market share, will now sell only clinical information systems by iMDsoft, and will be the sole distributor of MetaVision in China. Mindray, which is a major global player, will additionally distribute MetaVision in 10 countries in Europe, Africa, and Asia.
iMDsoft and ABC sign cooperation agreement for US
iMDsoft has signed a distribution agreement with Anesthesia Business Consultants (ABC), the largest physician billing and practice management company specializing exclusively in the practice of anesthesia and pain management. Under the new agreement, ABC will offer MetaVision to its customers, including several thousand anesthesiologists and CRNAs, while iMDsoft will offer ABC technology as part of its fully integrated end-to-end solution for the perioperative environment.

Children's Hospital Boston to implement MetaVision in its perioperative environment
Children's Hospital Boston, MA, USA, has chosen MetaVision for implementation in all its anesthetizing locations. The hospital, ranked among the foremost pediatric institutions in the country by U.S. News & World Report, is home to the world's largest research enterprise based at a pediatric medical center. With other hospitals within the Harvard teaching group, including Massachusetts General Hospital and Brigham and Women’s, already using MetaVision, this implementation opens the door to potential benchmarking for quality assurance and research collaboration across the network.
Swedish county council chooses MetaVision for its hospital network
Jönköping County Council has chosen MetaVision to provide standardized care region-wide through its three hospitals. Ryhov Country hospital, Highland hospital of Eksjö, and Värnamo hospital will implement the system in their ICUs, ORs, and PACUs achieving a continuum of care across the network.

iMDsoft launches MVdashboard for critical care
iMDsoft announces the release of MVdashboard - a dynamic tool which displays clinical metrics graphically, transforming patient data into actionable information. Through MVdashboard, iMDsoft clients will now have access to summarized clinical data in a clear visual presentation. Clinicians can use the tool to increase their effectiveness in monitoring activities across a care unit, improve decision making and prioritize attention given to patients. iMDsoft signs state-wide agreement with Queensland Health
The Government of Queensland has signed an agreement to install MetaVision in selected ICUs across the state’s network of public hospitals. MetaVision will be installed in 14 hospitals and will be implemented in a diverse range of ICU settings including pediatric, neurology and cardiac units. The university-affiliated Gold Coast Hospital will be the first to implement MetaVision under this agreement.

iMDsoft and MWT partner for integrated pre-op solution
iMDsoft will now offer the Medical Web Technologies (MWT) One Medical Passport pre-op portal as part of its fully integrated end-to-end solution for the perioperative environment. This option allows patients to quickly and easily complete their own medical history securely online, with the information immediately available to clinicians. Integrated with MetaVision AIMS, the system will provide significant cost and time savings.
