Our sales force deals with sophisticated customers (both technical and clinical) and has to address the multidisciplinary interface between computers and medicine.
This is a full-time position that involves travel and provides an exciting opportunity to be part of a motivated and talented team.

Description
To manage a specific territory within Germany, identifying future business opportunities and seeing them through to a successful closure.
To maintain relations both externally and internally as appropriate.
To perform presentations at customer sites.
To participates in relevant exhibitions.

Requirements
Fluent German speaker required with knowledge of the German healthcare market.
Ability to understand customer needs
A proven track record in sales; Sales experience in the healthcare environment – an advantage
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Relevant academic degree – an advantage
Good English - good reading, writing, and conversational skills a requirement; other languages – an advantage
Ability to manage multiple projects and organise workload effectively
Willingness to travel overseas when appropriate.

Description
Working with our local and international team members to manage responses of RFPs and tenders from hospitals who are seeking to purchase Clinical Information Systems.
Writing sales-oriented material for potential customers
Producing supporting sales tools for the tender process and
Supporting the sales team within the field as appropriate.

Requirements
Mother tongue: German - mandatory
Impeccable English / German writing skills
2-3 years of experience in Proposal Writing and tender responses
Experience in copy editing or sales writing
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team
Familiarity with computer applications (Microsoft Office, Internet experience, etc.)
Understanding of document formatting and styling

Description
Part of a team providing 24/7 technical problem resolution and support.
Liaise with our Global support team to resolve product technical issues where appropriate
Assist with Technical implementation at client sites, including installation, training, and on-site testing and support.
Manage client expectations and provide a high level of customer service
 

Requirements
Fluent German Speaker – mandatory
A high level of spoken and written English
Thorough knowledge of networking and OS
MCSE/ MCP certification or relevant academic degree
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High level of English
Service oriented
Ability to manage multiple projects
Willing to work flexible hours
SQL server knowledge
Relevant experience in technical customer service – Advantage
Additional European language - Advantage
